HOW TO USE

Any business may place an advertisement here for a simple fee starting from £20.00

Use the on-screen order form to submit your advertisement. You may complete on-screen and submit the order or print it out and fax or mail to GetRid. If you have a picture file this can be included in your email or put on floppy disk and posted. Cheques should be made payable to GetRid. Your advert will be posted within 24 hours of receipt and clearance of payment.

If you have an account with GetRid, your advertisement, without a picture, will be posted immediately.

STANDARD CHARGES

Each advertisement will be charged at £20.00 per week. To include a picture of your product add £20.00 to your order. You may post your own contact details included in the price or use one of our secure P.O. Box numbers for an additional £20.00. All charges are weekly fees and exclude VAT which will be applied at the appropriate rate at the time of billing.

PAYMENT

Every advertisement will produce an e-mail confirmation and payment information.

Advertisements placed without a purchase order number or credit account approved by GetRid must be paid for in full before publication. Payment is accepted by cheque, Visa or MasterCard. For security purposes advertisers paying by credit card should print the order form, complete the credit card details and fax the order. It is requested that advertisers outside of the UK pay by credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Payment in advance is not required for customers in the UK if a credit account has been approved or a purchase order number is included on the order form.

Until further notice, post your advert for upto ten weeks for a single payment of £20.00 (plus VAT). Your advert will be posted for at least ten weeks until sold.

CONDITIONS OF USE

GetRid are not responsible for any information placed within the advertisement. The advertisor accepts full responsibility for errors within their own advertisement. GetRid offer no guarantee of sale or enquiry. Please read our full terms below.

1. Any advertisement may be refused, altered or withdrawn by GetRid at their discretion.

2. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the advertisement is lawful and complies with the British Code of Advertising Practice.

3. The advertiser will indemnify GetRid against any damage and/or loss and/or expense which GetRid may incur as a direct or indirect consequence of the advertiser's advertisement.

4. It cannot be guaranteed that an advertisement will be published on any particular date.

5. GetRid do not accept responsibility for any advertisements which are published incorrectly or any consequences arising therefrom. Advertisers should advise GetRid of any errors immediately so they can be corrected.

6. In the event of cancellation unused weeks will not be refunded.

7. No liability in respect of any loss or damage which my occur through the delay in forwarding replies to box numbers however caused is accepted by GetRid.

8. An invoice will be forwarded for the cost of all advertisements.
